Form 7203 second form

I need to report more than three debts in Section A. The K-1 I received has a second Form 7203 attached. How to I add this second sheet in TurboTax Premier?

Are you trying to enter this on your personal return? This is a form that is part of an 1120S S-Corporation filing.

I have a separate W2 job & I am a single-owner of an LLC /S-Corp. My first year as LLC I have an NOL -$26,172 & 5,497 in bank. Form 7203 (line2) increase basis $31,670?
