Form 3468 Part VII has errors - can't fill the form out. When will a corrected form be available?

I am using TurboTax Home and Business.  Form has changed dramatically form 2022.  All data entered gives errors. Even IRS 3468 Instr  are from 2022

The IRS Form 3468 Investment Credit for tax year 2023 is scheduled to be available in TurboTax on 02/21/2024
