Form 2441 requires an EIN to be entered and my provider only has a SSN, which is filled out. It won't let me submit without EIN. It also won't accept 00-0000000

Near the beginning of the interview section for Child Care Expenses, TurboTax asks if the provider is an Organization or a Person.  Be sure you choose "Person" for that question and it will ask you for their Social Security number on the next screen.

If you try and go back and change the answer to that question and/or the program is still asking you for an EIN, I recommend that you delete all Form 2441 and related Child Care worksheets in your tax file and then reenter the information.

After deleting these forms (and any associated worksheets), log out of the program. When you log back in, go to Tools>>TaxTools>>Click on the "Delete a Form" tool and view the list of Forms in your return to confirm they have been removed from your return. 

After following those steps TurboTax should not ask for a Daycare Provider address on review.  If this does not work for you, please comment below.
