Why is my return automatically showing Form 1040-ES Payment Vouchers for 2022? I never had this before and do not want this for 2022. My taxes due are no different this year than they have been in the past years but this is the 1st time it has printed Form 1040-ES Payment Vouchers. Did I mistakenly check something off that triggered this?

See this FAQ about why TurboTax prints them. You can review your situation to decide if you need them or not. I'll give some general info below as well.
FAQ: Why did 1040-ES estimated payment vouchers print out? Do I need them?
The following is pasted from the Instructions to Form 1040-ES:
General Rule
In most cases, you must pay estimated tax for 2022 if both
of the following apply.
1. You expect to owe at least $1,000 in tax for 2022,
after subtracting your withholding and refundable credits.
2. You expect your withholding and refundable credits
to be less than the smaller of:
a. 90% of the tax to be shown on your 2022 tax return,
or
b. 100% of the tax shown on your 2021 tax return.
Your 2021 tax return must cover all 12 months.
Note. The percentages in (2a) or (2b) just listed may be different if you are a farmer, fisherman, or higher income taxpayer.
Additional rules and exceptions are outlined in the instructions to Form 1040-ES.
Ok but in prior years I owed money to irs and never had this 1040-es so why now? Plus what I owe is less than what the irs wants me to pay in estimated taxes. They want me to pay almost double.
how do I remove this? I do t want to pay estimated taxes and would rather just pay after I do my taxes.
can this be removed from my return?

The Forms 1040-ES are for your use only. You can use them or not, the choice is yours. The 1040-ES is not included in the tax return you file with the IRS.
