That's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.

STOP posting your personal information on this PUBLIC website that can be seen by anyone, including scammers and identity thieves who would love to contact you and pretend to be from TurboTax. Return to your post and look for those three little blue dots on the upper right. Click them to edit your post and delete your personal information. Luckily for you there is a filter that removed some of it, but not all of it.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
