Foreign earned income incorrect value

When selecting Foreign Earned Income exclusion, of which I'm 100% eligible for, my exception was not the $130,000 value I expected. (Not bringing my owed amount to $0). All of my income is "foreign earned" and my yearly salary is less than the limit. Last year I had this same problem, and after reporting it, a patch solved the issue. I'm now experiencing the same problem, and phone support was less than useless.
