Personal exemptions have been eliminated for 2018-2025.  You now get a double Standard Deduction.

FAQ on 2018 changes https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/4482394-how-will-tax-reform-affect-my-2018-federal-tax-return

For 2018 the standard deduction amounts are:
Single 12,000 + 1,600 for 65 and over or blind
HOH 18,000 + 1,600 for 65 and over or blind
Joint 24,000+ 1,300 for each 65 and over or blind
Married filing Separate 12,000 + 1,300 for 65 and over or blind

Thank you for the update! I do not agree with the +1,600 standard deduction being either 65 & over OR blind. What benefit do you get when you are 72 and blind? How can you take advantage of being 72, blind and itemize deductions?

If you are 65 or older AND  blind you get an extra $1600($1300 if filing jointly)  for each item in addition to the standard deduction ....https://www.irs.gov/publications/p501#en_US_2018_publink1000289300   .... if you did not get both then you need to review your info in the MY INFO tab to make the correction.
