For 1099-INT, TurboTax does not recognize my financial institution, Elements Financial, which was recognized last year. Why will TurboTax not recognize Elements Fin'l?

They may not have signed up to be a tax file provider this year

Stop trying to get it....

..Ignore the box at the top of the screen and leave it blank.

.....go to the lower-Rt corner and click on

.........."I'll type it in myself"

Then enter your values manually using your paper copy
