Got an email for 25% off, but not working at checkout. What am I missing??

If you are not seeing the discount on your TurboTax live product in your cart during checkout:

1. Sign out of your account

2. Clear the browser cache and cookies

3. Sign in with the link provided in your email

4. Begin the checkout process

IF this does not work for you then you can attempt in a different browser.

Followed every step ... still the same result ... no 25% off. Hmmmm.

I think the 25% off is only for TT "LIVE" products. Check the email carefully.
