Recently downloaded TurboTax to check my score, but after the sign up page and some questions it says my answers don’t match their records and to try again. Even though I didn’t recognize any of the questions my identity still can’t be verified because it says I provided answers that do t match their data.

First make sure you are using the info for the primary taxpayer on the account if you are married ... and there are lots of other free credit score websites you can use ... even all my credit cards have that free option.
