Filling out my w2 but does not give me the option for TX in Box 15, why?

My W2 has TX listed but turbo tax does not give me the option to select it.

TX has no state income tax so there is nowhere to indicate tax withheld for TX on your W-2 or in the software.

I'm about to confirm my payment for a tax refund, but its asking for my address and the only option is the United States but I am from the UK. What address do I use?
