Filing status

Me and my husband filed tax separately using 1040NR for 2022 as we moved to US in 2022, I have ITIN and my husband has SSN. but for 2023 whole year, we both live in US, should we file as Resident using Form 1040 instead of 1040NR for 2023 using Turbotax? or has to thru Sprintax & Turbotax?
