Filing state and federal,how do I remove state before filing

I don't want to have to erase all of it and start over,just remove state

Here's the directions on how to remove the state using the "Online" software.   (Of course, at this late date, you may not be able to "efile" anything....depends on what you had already done before the 17 October deadline)
