Filing returns for dissolved business

In 2020 one of my business (I believe a partnership) was dissolved by the state due to non compliancy with state regulations. In 2019 I filed either a $0 or some small income on that same business. So am I required to file a final return for my 2020 taxes for a business that was dissolved or just leave it?

Filing returns for dissolved business

Although it is not required if you have zero income and zero expenses, you should file a final 1065 even if it is a zero income/expense return.
