I have seen some threads on a similar error for original returns, but could not get any of those troubleshooting steps to work on an Amended Return. Are there other things I should be trying?
Full error message I am getting when trying to file 2021 Amended return:
Your transmission didn't go through
We could not e-file your return for the following reason:
Our records indicate that you are not entitled to e-file one or more formsets.
This is a form K-1 1065, and I have TurboTax Deluxe. Is that form not covered? Can I upgrade 2021 that I already paid for?

Only certain paid tax pros can still e-file past year amended returns. You cannot e-file an amended return that you prepared yourself using TurboTax. Your 1040X must be printed, signed and dated in ink, and then you need to mail it in. Use a mailing service like certified mail so you will know the IRS received it, since you will have a long wait for it to be processed.
Even during “normal” times it takes about four months for the IRS to process an amended return. During the pandemic and due to the severe backlog at the IRS it is taking much longer—six to nine months or more for many amended returns. Do not expect quick results from amending. When the IRS issues a refund for an amended return it will be by check. They do not make direct deposits for refunds for amended returns. You can watch for information here:

Thanks so much!
Really appreciate your help, especially when the error message is so vague and unhelpful. 🙂
This does not match what the IRS says here though:

Yes. If you need to amend your 2019, 2020 or 2021 Forms 1040 or 1040-SR you can now file Form 1040-X, Amended U.S. Individual Income Tax Return electronically using available tax software products.
