Which turbotax platform are using?
me problem with me.....There's a prob. with turbo tax 2022 version. Won't provide log in information for my Fidelity acc.. Fidelity says its Turbo Tax prob. Fidelity says they're ready to DL

Cannot download 1099 retirement from Fidelity Investments. Error 580. Turbotax contacted by Facebook says its my computer problem, delete all history, cookies, etc. Don't believe it.
Also cannot download 1099 INT from two banks because not listed.
Defective product and worse support.
Worked in previous years.
Ridiculous. Any suggestions besides doing everything manually.

Please try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.
I had problems last year, but I think they were corrected. I have not yet tried for 2022. Will let you know how it goes.
I hope they got everything straightened out...
OK, I got an initial error message from Fidelity. I tried a 2nd time and Turbo downloaded everything that was there. Sees to be working OK.
I didn't buy this product to do it myself. Please fix the Fidelity import problem of refund my money.
What form are you trying to import? According to Fidelity's website, there are three groups of 1099s. While those in group one have already been issued, those in group two will not be available online until February 11th. Those in group three will be available online on February 25th.

I was trying to import a 1099-R. Coincidentally, I just received an email from TT saying it was ready.
Add to my last reply. It would be real helpful if TT said not available yet instead of some obscure Error 580.
Not sure what's going on but I was able to import my Fidelity combined 1099 I and D and stock sales without any problems.
I'm still having this issue.
It's been over a week of waiting for something to be done.
