federal taxes for 2021

I was suppose to receive 6,300 but only got 5,900 why is this? I dont owe anyone and the irs didn't take it where's the rest of my refund?

federal taxes for 2021

Is any of that the state refund?  Federal and state do not arrive at the same time.
