I did see that there is another update for form 2210 on 2/24 .. so lets hope.
Program updates on 2/17/22 to form 2210 did solve the issues I was experiencing. thanks
Just got the 2/24 update and my problem was resolved.
Glad they got it fixed. I decided NOT to annualize since checking box C is not necessary in my situation. I paid enough estimated & w/h to avoid a penalty, so no need to "reduce or eliminate". Thanks
Just finishing taxes with 2/24 update. Now TT won't take me to 2210 "choices", since I don't have any underpayment which is fine. Oddly it still includes one with state (CT) even tho no underpayment exists. Figure I'll mail it in with return .. just seems weird.
Where do I enter auto-deposit (rtg/acct #) info.. I'm asking specifically for state (CT) which I am mailing in. I had to proceed down the path as if I was E-filing to get it done, didn't see any other opportunity.
What kind of forum is this .. where no one responds ? Am I doing something wrong ?
May I ask exactly what is it you need assistance with?

Were you able to successfully enter your bank account information on your federal return? If so, it should transfer to your state return. If not, please comment back.
Yes, I was able to enter for Federal. When I did the state, a few minutes later, no info was present, after printing out and seeing the blank spots. We managed by pretending we were going to E-file .. to get opportunity to add it. Just wondering how this was supposed to have happened. It seems you are saying it should have copied my Fed choice ? Assuming one wants auto deposit seems weird as I may not have had a refund at all. Please Advise, Thanks.
If you are due a refund and entered your banking information and selected Direct Deposit on your Federal Tax Return, that information will be used for your State Tax Return as well.
Please see the state website below for more information:
Connecticut State Department of Revenue Services
To verify this information, please follow these steps to print or view your TurboTax Electronic Filing Instructions Page. The banking and withdrawal information can also be printed/viewed on your Federal Information Worksheet Part V, and the State Information Worksheet, Part VI.
Follow these steps to view/print your instruction page:
· Sign back into your TurboTax online account
· Scroll down and click "Add a State" (This is just a way to get you back into your tax return)
· Next select "Tax Tools" (left column) and then "Print Center"
· Select "Print, save, or preview this year's return"
· Check the boxes for your Federal and State returns (this will open further options)
· Choose to include the government and TurboTax worksheets
· Then click "View or Print Forms"
Thank you, the info you have provided should be helpful. I'll try what you said soon and report back. FYI, as previously stated, I used direct deposit for Fed, nothing automatically moved to state. Obviously not my call, but it's presumptuous to think one wants to use direct deposit on state, just because they chose to on Fed .. IMO. The link you sent for CT states (no pun intended) that, for security, one should enter DD info separately.
Thanks, Ron
Same thing this year .. nothing has been fixed with regard to getting my state refund "direct deposited" even tho I'm mailing it in AND I already had account info in Federal for them to take what I owe. So, we had to pretend we were going to e-file in order to get opportunity to add direct deposit info .. again.
I will pass this information along to be looked into. I am glad to hear you were able to get it to work to enter direct deposit information. @RC519
