federal efile just won't work

I keep getting rejection on efile attempts.  I mailed in my return last year and have hard copy of my tax return and have copy via turbotax software from 2019 and am putting in correct AGI per those records.  What is stopping efile from working?

I filed via paper/mail last year, so I guess IRS doesn't have record of my AGI.  On my third or fourth try to submit electronically, I just entered zero for the AGI and IRS accepted!
