Extension rejected

My extension was rejected because it said   R0000-500-01 - PrimarySSN' and 'PrimaryNameControlTxt' in the Return Header must match the e-File database.    What does that mean and how do I fix it

I'm not an expert, but I believe it is too late to file an extension.

You should work to file your tax return as soon as possible.
