Dear Turbo Tax Specialist:
My 2024 Tax Return has come back a couple times already. I have asked for information through your Chat/Help side and have only received never ending loops to pages instead of answers.
1. I asked when will I receive a payment schedule for my tax return.
2. It came back, twice, needing information from my 1095-A, but I used Medicaid for the entire year. it does not let me select 19095-B on your site.
3. I've asked for an extension, due to not having the all the correct forms available. and your APP has not been any help in getting this information through.
4. Now I have asked for a refund since your company, website app, resources are not productive in any way. Leaving me without answers before the April 15th deadline.
Your response is appreciated.

Let's see if we can help
To clear a 1095-A in TurboTax, you can follow these steps
If you need more time, you can file for an extension with TurboTax.
This will give you until 15 October 2025 to file your taxes.
If you owe taxes, you must pay by April 15th.
To file for extension in the TurboTax program
The reason why my taxes were rejected in the first place is that you, TT, never asked for it and when you did you only asked for part of the information. I had 2 sources for health insurance, the other was using a 1095-B Form. You have no information on using a 1095-B Form, or for what you have, I could not access it on all the attempts to complete the return from 4/13/25 to 4/15/25. Please fix your receiving documents to accept all 1095 Forms, Please!

@deanmtaxfreec TurboTax does not ask for 1095B or 1095C because neither one of them is supposed to be entered. Those are informational and do not go on a tax return. ONLY a 1095A is entered---a 1095A is the document issued if you had health insurance from healthcare.gov ---aka "Obamacare" or "Affordable Care Act" insurance from the marketplace. That one must be entered in order to reconcile the premium tax credit that was based on the expected income of the person who had the insurance. When it asked if you had a 1095A you should say NO and just move on. There is a good suggestion above already from @JohnB5677 for you to fix the mistake you made with the health insurance form.
TurboTax will not issue a refund to you if you already e-filed and your return was rejected. You can fix the return and re-file it or you can print, sign and mail it instead. Your online TurboTax fee is the same whether you e-file or mail the return in an envelope.
You mentioned wanting a payment schedule----do you need to set up a plan to pay federal or state tax due?
WHAT IF I CANNOT PAY MY TAX DUE?
