Trying to file with turbotaxonline as I have several years before and keep getting the "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again." error each time I try to start. I have cleared my cache and followed the other options in the AI support tool with no luck. I'm hoping I can get support personnel to help me out. I can't get to the screen that allows me to purchase a product and I am told via the AI service that I can't be handed over to support staff without purchasing a product.
