On form 8853 page 2 line 21 Turbo Tax uses the 2020 per diem limit to calculate non taxable Long Term Care benefits. The sentence reads "Multiply $400 by the number of days in the LTC period" but the calculation uses the 2020 number of $380 instead of the correct $400.
