Download error 607?

Are you using the 16 digit License Code xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx?  Are the steps the same way as I did last year?

For 2020 I helped my friend buy the Mac program download from Costco online.  It went very well. You first get a confirmation email that says…..

"You will receive the redemption code, normally within the hour, via e-mail. To ensure delivery of your redemption code emails to you inbox, please add CostcoEDelivery@esd.synnex.com to your Email Address book or Safe list."

The 2nd email with the activation key came in 20 minutes. Make sure to write down or print out the 16 digit Key on the email. It is right above the Download Link. Then click on "Click Here" in the email to download the program and follow the install instructions.

If you are having an issue with TurboTax not accepting the activation code, follow these steps provided by TurboTax to fix the error:

1. open the starting screen where you can begin or continue your return.
2. Method 1: Temporarily disable your antivirus/anti-malware/firewall 
3. Method 2: Disable your VPN connection
4. Method 3: Restart your router/modem
5. Method 4: Configure the TCP/IP settings
6. Method 5: IP config command line tool
