My forms are good no errors. Use Windows 10. Internet issues or your Filling center servers maintenance. "Try again later" - when later - another bug ?

Having files on c: drive was the solution for me. This is a bad error message that needs to be fixed.
Your answer has nothing to do with the error 2.
My solution - decrease the .pdf file size. Your server might have some limits on accepting files. I decreased it to standard 5 MB and it worked.
Thank you for the tip about the attached form 8453 PDF file size. Decreasing the size did the trick. Much appreciated. -ds-
