Endless Schedule C loop bug, TurboTax support rep suggested deleting things that I cannot import back now

I was almost done with my taxes, and then on the last step before filing I got stuck on an endless loop on my Schedule C Car and Truck Expenses Worksheet that kept telling me "this line must be blank." I would select the "no entry" option, then the next screen would tell me I have to fix one thing, and then go back to the same screen.

I contacted TurboTax support on the phone, and the rep said to delete my vehicle and try to add it back. However, when I tried to add it back all the depreciation/deduction calculations were completely off. There's no way to get the correct numbers.

The rep then said to just clear and start over from scratch, but because I paid it says you cannot start over. How does it make any sense that because I am a paid user that basic functionality is actually taken away?

I called and another rep said that I can't do anything about it??? and refused to transfer me to a manager or technical specialist until I kept demanding. After 45 minutes on hold, the supervisor said the Schedule C loop was a known issue. So if it was a known issue all along, why did TurboTax tell me to DELETE data that can never be re-imported back again???

The supervisor said that there's no way to contact the engineering or technical teams regarding this issue. It is ridiculous that we cannot start over or import previous years data because we already paid. BTW I am a tech startup CTO, so I know a thing or two about technical issues and engineering. It is shameful that TurboTax causes paid customers to suffer irreversible data loss and refuses to aid customers when it's completely TurboTax's fault.
