All review processes are complete and no red flag. I could click
"Transmit Now" button and it looks transmitting but it keeps going back to "We Need to Make One More Check".
I checked and it seems like that my wife exceed 401k IRS limit and she got returns of the exceed amount and we reports it by 1099-R form.
Is there any way to efile by ignoring this "One More Check"?
I attach screen shots of this issue. It keeps repeating from efile_issue_01-04 then goes back to efile_issue_01.

It seems like being not able to efile. I need to file by mail.
I'm getting the same error for TurboTax 2020 Business. It doesn't look like there is anything wrong. It just goes back to the address and a few date fields but it won't let me submit and I'm stuck in the loop. I'm in NY and I have to e-file. What can I do to force it to file?
In my case, there were some issue of my 401k distribution due to job change, which ended up with "mail-file only", although I already paid Turbotax efile fee even for my state. I made a phone call to Turbo tax customer service to explain this issue. Eventually, they refunded my efile fee.
I expected that Turbotax should let me know for "not-eligible-efile" situation during final review.
Hopefully, this is helpful for you.
