I have the online version - never again will I go this route as I much prefer the download. I have called support twice asking for assistance and the people I spoke with had no idea why I could not transmit. I then turned off my virus protection thinking perhaps that was the issue. I also deleted cookies, tried different browser etc. I don't have a state return - so that can not be the issue. All of the checks within Turbo tax come back fine - just when I transmit I get the error message that my return can not be transmitted to file via paper - Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
If you are using the desktop version of Turbo Tax, be sure to click on "Check for Updates" and update your software if needed. If that doesn't work, you can manually update your software.
