efile credit card payment will not go through

I have had this same problem for 3 years now.  Even with a call to a TTax representative (she could not do it either) the credit card information is not accepted.

I have re-enterd my address and card information multiple time.  I have tried a different credit card. I have tried a debit card. The same error occurs. I have been forced to mail in my returns for the past two years because of this.

FIX THIS PROBLEM AND HELP!
