Education credits

Our daughter took out a student loan to pay for graduate school at the London School of Economics in London. Since we will claim her as a dependent, may we claim the education credits even though the school is foreign? What documentation do we need to obtain from her?

No, in order to claim the education credits she would need to be attending a school that is eligible to participate in the student aide program under the US Dept. of Education.
