I have tried to submit my federal return but it keeps getting rejected. Turbo tax says I need to enter my AGI from 2020. I have entered the same amount from line 11 of my 2020 tax return. I have also verified this amount with the IRS at the ID.me IRS web sight. How do I solve this? My husband and I always file a joint return.

This is the Help Article we have: What if I entered the correct AGI and I'm still getting an e-file .
Unfortunately, there is little more TurboTax can do (which I know is unhelpful but there are some people who cannot efile even with the correct AGI). If possible, try to file from a different computer... (I know, a longshot)
I have tried to efile 3 times all rejected. Last year (2021) I was told to enter ) for AGI and delete the Pin. I tried ti refile doing that but I still get a rejection. When I try to refile I only get my AGI to change, the next time around I get my wife's AGI to change. I do not even see how to change the arbitrary pin assigned to me. Help. Am I forced after 65 years to go ti tax quick (H&R bock(/ I cannot reach a live person this year.

@steamengine In the box for entering a PIN enter any 5 digit self-selected number.
There is a good possibility that the IRS does not have your 2021 AGI in their database since the IRS had many problems processing 2021 tax returns last year.
Enter a 0 (zero) for each of your 2021 AGI's and e-file the 2022 tax return again.
