Download State Form

Trying to work on 2021 return on laptop. Originally all work done on desktop. I am able to download Fed and CA to laptop but Intuit trying to charge me for CO download (even though I already paid for it on Desktop). TurboTax will not let me open the 2021 on laptop until download CO. How do I get the already paid for CO form downloaded to laptop?
