Why can't I find my purchase after signing in to My Downloads?

You may have signed in with a different User ID than the one you used to purchase the download.

Go here to retrieve a list of all your TurboTax User IDs linked to your e-mail address. Then try signing in with the other User ID(s).

Another reason may be that it's been over three years since you purchased your downloadable software. After three years, we remove the download from your account.
