You charged me twice for the $20 to file my califoronia returns. Once in advance. Then second when I wanted to file. The program would not let me file unless I paid another $20. It apparently didn’t pay attention to my prior advance pmt. I paid so I could file. Please refund me $20 asap. Thank you. Linda Foust

How did you pay it in advance?   You have to go through the File tab to pay it.   You said “returns”.   Did you do more than 1 state return?   It is $20 for each return.   

For billing How to contact Turbo Tax, use the word billing not refund.
