DOUBLE CHANGED FOR ON CREDIT CARD FOR YOUR SERVICES

I was changed twice for submitting my tax return using the intuit turbotax website first change was for $62.10 but the system reject the taxes return . . . . so I fixed all the issues then once I submitted and it changed me again for $59.00 why do I have to pay so much please credit my account.
