Does Turbotax support Delaware City of Wilmington tax?

My employer withholds Wilmington tax automatically on my W2 due to my mailing address however I am not subject to Wilmington tax hence I want to claim the tax back. Can this be done via TurboTax

Unfortunately, no. 

TurboTax does not support the filing of Wilmington,DE tax returns.
