Does TurboTax Deluxe still include Quicken Starter?

This is for 2018 and filing my 2017 taxes.  I am trying to determine if I need to purchase a Quicken license now in addition to my TurboTax license.

2016 was the last year they offered Quicken as a bundle.  And Quicken is now a subscription plan.  See the Quicken forum for more info
