No. When your financial institution has the 1099R available for import you will need to take steps to import it, or you can key it in by hand by choosing "I'll type it in myself."
Often the 1099R is available for you to view or print from the bank's site before they have it ready for import to tax software.
To enter your retirement income, Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
