No.  If you are referring to a status of "Ready to mail" in your Online TurboTax account at the Tax Home, that means TurboTax thinks you were going to print out your return and mail it in postal mail to the IRS.   Did you do that--did you print, sign, date, and postal mail it?

 

Why did you choose to file by mail instead of efiling?   If you haven't actually mailed the return to the IRS, you can change that.  We can tell you how to open the return and change the filing method if you wish to efile.
