Does my return include all of my children?

I have two children but my return doesn’t specify whether BOTH are included in my deduction.

Did you look at your tax return before you filed it?  Look at it and see if both children are listed as dependents--up on the top half of the Form 1040 under the heading "Dependents."

If you included your children in the Personal info Summary section TurboTax will automatically include them in your tax return.

To verify if they are in your tax  return, with TurboTax open select  My info if you have entered your children they will be shown as dependents.  If they are not in the Personal info Summary you may add them in this section to your tax return.
