Starting my 2021 taxes, requesting a Full Service. However, right at the beginning in the Next Steps section I'm getting "Based on what we know, we’ll need these docs" but there's nothing listed. Moreover, in the Documents tab there's an option called "See my doc checklist" but when clicking on it I get a popup that says "Here's your doc checklist" and it's also empty, nothing is listed.
Is this expected?

I contacted a live rep already, and they mentioned that the reason why the document checklist is showing empty, is because I need to receive a "Welcome Call" ? which I still haven't received.
This seems like a bug.
