I want to get my tax return sent to my college since I live on campus but I did to know which service you'll use to mail tax returns.

You can use whatever you want.  Turbo Tax does not mail anything for you.

Or are you asking about your REFUND?  The IRS uses regular post office mail to the address on your return.  Or you can have it direct deposited into your bank account.
