Do you know my balance of the tax refund?

I'm trying to know my balance price so I can enter it in the IRS app so I can keep track of my tax money refund.

The amount of your federal tax refund for 2023 is on your federal tax return, Form 1040 Line 35a.  It will also be shown on the TurboTax Tax Home web page for your 2023 online account.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

No one in the user forum can see your tax return.  Did you look at your Form 1040?   Your federal refund is on line 35a.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.

TurboTax does not have a copy of your tax return.

However, you can bring it back up on your computer.

To print your return

TurboTax Online

Sign into your TurboTax account

• Select Preview or print returns.
• Click on Your tax returns & documents 
• Select Download/print return (PDF).

TurboTax Desktop

To print a copy of your return, 

1. Open the return you want to print.
2. From the File menu (or TurboTax menu if you're on a Mac), choose Print.
3. In the pop-up window, 
   1. select the form set you want to print (tax return, specific forms, etc.) and 
   2. then select Preview Print Copy (on Mac, select your print options and then select Continue).
4. Click the printer icon to open the print window, and then 
5. After making any adjustments in the window, select Print.‌

You can check the status of your tax return.  You will need:

• Social Security Number.
• Tax return year.
• Hilling Status.
• Exact refund amount  (This is line 34 of your tax return)
