It depends. An LLC that has filed an S-Corp election must file Form 1120S for S-Corps, whether it has taxable income or not. You will need TurboTax Business to prepare this business tax return, which was due March 15.
If however, you have a single-member LLC that would be a considered "disregarded" by the IRS that would report on Schedule C of your personal Form 1040 return, you are not required to include Schedule C if you had no income or expenses. You may wish to include Schedule C to mark it as final in the year the LLC dissolves.
