Do I need to add a W2 with $0 in Box 1?

It has positive amounts in boxes 3, 4, 5, 6 and 14, the rest are $0. Does the IRS require this to be included in my return? I cannot e-file with $0 in Box 1.

No, the IRS does not require you to include a W2 with $0 in Box 1.  If there is $0 in Box 1 of the W2, just delete it and you should be able to E-File your return.  When Box 1 is $0, it does not affect your Tax Return.

Please follow these steps to delete the Form W-2 in TurboTax Online:

• Login to your TurboTax account and Click "Take me to my return" 
• From the left side-bar, choose "Tax Tools" then "Tools"
  
• Click on "Delete a form" (Click on Screenshot below for reference)
• Select "Delete" next to the Form W-2 and follow the on-screen instructions.
