No, you do not have to file that W-2 as tax software, including the one on the IRS site rounds up to $1.00 if over $0.50. Because it is $0.15 it cannot round so it is considered too low to file.

No, you do not have to file that W-2 as tax software, including the one on the IRS site rounds up to $1.00 if over $0.50. Because it is $0.15 it cannot round so it is considered too low to file.
