Yes those are two separate fees.

If your TurboTax fees are higher than expected, you can reduce them by removing add-ons:

Remove Premium Services
Remove MAX Defend & Restore
Remove a state
Remove PLUS Help & Support
Remove Pay With Your Refund

If Plus is selected at a discount price and offers everything the Deluxe offers, why are you forced to add the Deluxe also right before filing?

How do I take live help off my charges? I did not select that as an option and did not use the help at all
