Did not receive either Business or Basic CDs

I have just realized that I never received the CDs. Can Turbo tax make the program available to me to download since I did not receive the CD or FedEx them to me?

Are you a TurboTax Advantage subscriber? If so, the 2019 CD's shipped back in November. You can check your order status here.

If neither of these two options apply, please provide more detail as to where you purchased the TurboTax software.
