IDnotify is included in the MAX bundle. If you have not already paid, you can remove it.

Simply click File near the upper right corner of your screen and step through the File section again.

When you get to the Review your order screen, click Remove next to MAX Assist & Defend.

If you have already paid, TurboTax's policy is to not issue refunds for MAX. Here is the link to contact IDnotify to be removed from the service https://www.idnotify.com/contact/
