Dependent claimed by another

Son first time filing and the tax preparer did not file him as dependent of another. I was informed that the error had been fixed and his return has been accepted, but my return still says other wise and keeps getting rejected for that reason.

Unfortunately you will need to file a paper return because there is no way to get around the e-file system once your dependent has already filed and claimed themselves. Paper file with your dependent included on your return.
